1. What is Changing?
We are migrating the Parimatch affiliate programme from Income Access to NetRefer on 2nd February 2026.
On this day you will be given log in information to access your NetRefer account.
2. Which brands does this affect?
This migration applies to Parimatch only.
Other BVGroup brands will be migrated in the coming months, with separate communications shared in advance.
3. Will I still be able to access Income Access after the migration?
No. From 2nd February 2026, Income Access will no longer be accessible for Parimatch affiliates.
4. When will I receive my new NetRefer tracking links?
New NetRefer tracking links will be issued on 2nd February 2026.
5. Do I need to update my tracking links?
Yes. All existing tracking links must be updated to NetRefer links by 7th February 2026. Failure to update links will result in loss of tracked traffic.
Please note that updating tracking links is the affiliate’s responsibility.
6. How much historical activity will be migrated?
We will be migrating two (2) years of historical affiliate activity to NetRefer. Activity outside of this timeframe will not be carried over as part of the migration.
7. How will reporting and site/marketing IDs work during the migration?
To avoid any loss of campaign-level insight, affiliates must:
- Update to NetRefer tracking links immediately on 2nd February 2026.
- From 2nd February 2026 onwards, site ID and campaign-level reporting will only be available when using NetRefer tracking links.
- Campaign-level activity generated between 10th January and 1st February 2026 will not be available in NetRefer due to a technical limitation.
- Download and retain any required campaign-level reporting from Income Access (10th January – 1st February 2026) if you wish to keep a record of this insight, as this data will not be backfilled into NetRefer and Income Access access will be removed on 2nd February.
